The OTE Points™ Loyalty Program is a loyalty reward program that is operated by Original Traders Energy and our loyalty program provider, ACKROO Inc. The loyalty program operates only through participating OTE Points™ Loyalty Program gas stations. When becoming an OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the OTE Point™ Loyalty Program as well as the Privacy Disclosure.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who has been issued or possesses an OTE Points™ card:

By using your OTE Points™ card you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By becoming an OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy disclosure.
Original Traders Energy may make changes to these Terms and Conditions, the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program or any program procedures at any time by posting a revised OTE Points™ Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy disclosure on its website.
Once revised, the adjusted OTE Points™ Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy disclosure are posted they shall immediately apply.
OTE Points™ is for personal use only. Business corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups, associations or any other use other than personal may not register.
Only one (1) OTE Points™ Loyalty Program account number is issued per customer and only one (1) OTE Points™ Card is permitted per customer.
Anyone may use an OTE Points™ members’ card, and in doing so all OTE Points™ accumulated through any such usage will accumulate in the name of the member associated with the card number being used.
Original Traders Energy and Ackroo Inc. assume no responsibility or liability for the misuse of your OTE Points™ card or the unauthorized use of your OTE Points™ by another person.
When redeeming OTE Points™ online, your account will be reduced by the specified number of points required for the requested prize being redeemed.
OTE Points™ cannot be redeemed to discount fuel or convenience merchandise at participating OTE Points™ Loyalty Program gas stations.
OTE Points™ will only be redeemable on the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program website for prizes listed under the Rewards Catalog online at www.otepoints.com.
OTE Points™ can only be redeemed by the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member who is the registered member of the account holding the OTE Points™ Card.
Original Traders Energy will not be held liable for any unauthorized redemptions made by anyone other than the registered OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member.
Redemption of OTE Points™ can only take place if the OTE Points™ server (operated by Ackroo Loyalty Inc.) is completely operational and the member has an account in which is in good standing with the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program.
By redeeming your OTE Points™ for a prize online, the member shall at that time be deemed to have automatically released Original Traders Energy from any and all liabilities and/or claims regarding the redemption and the use of the prize and any loss or damage caused by goods/services supplied as a prize.
Original Traders Energy may add or delete products and services available for OTE Points™ Loyalty Program redemption at any time without notice.
Original Traders Energy may substitute products and services available for OTE Points™ Loyalty Program redemption with those of equal or greater value at its discretion.
OTE Points™ members may not collect more than 800 OTE Points™ per visit to any of the participating gas stations.
OTE Points™ members may only collect points on a maximum of 3 purchases a day.
OTE Points™ are not transferrable from one account to another. Exception is a lost card.
All bonus OTE Points™ will be allotted to the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member account which is associated with promotion.
The OTE Points™ Loyalty Program may from time to time offer bonus OTE Points™ as a promotion. In these cases, the amount of bonus OTE Points™ advertised will be allotted in addition to the base amount of OTE Points™ earned as per these Terms and Conditions and as www.otepoints.com determines.
Bonus OTE Points™ will not be awarded on any re-issue of lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Original Traders Energy assumes absolutely no responsibility for any loss or expense relating to any reward.
OTE Points™ do not hold a cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The accumulation of OTE Points™ does not entitle the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member to any financial stake hold as OTE Points™ remain the property of Original Traders Energy in perpetuity.
OTE Points™ may not be sold, purchased, exchanged, gifted, bartered, mortgaged or made subject to any security interest or charge.
Original Traders Energy reserves the right to change or discontinue the OTE Points™ Program at any time, without advance notice.
Original Traders Energy may restrict or alter any aspect of the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program without notice at any time at its sole unfettered discretion.
If circumstances beyond Original Traders Energy or Ackroo Inc.’s control affect Original Traders Energy or Ackroo Inc.’s ability to operate the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program, the program may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Participants are responsible for updating their OTE Points™ member profile of any changes such as mailing address, telephone numbers and e-mail address. Any failure to update OTE Points™ member profile of any such changes shall be held at the responsibility of the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member.
Original Traders Energy shall not be held liable for misdirected communication such as mail, telephone or email communications, or any consequences resulting from an OTE Points™ member not updating their contact information.
The OTE Points™ Card is the property of Original Traders Energy and it may be revoked at any time by Original Traders Energy in its sole discretion.
Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or any violation, fraud or abuse of the OTE Points™ Program may result in the forfeiture of all points and possible termination of the OTE Points™ member’s account without compensation (revoking all accumulated cash rewards) as deemed appropriate and necessary by Original Traders Energy.
OTE Points™ will be forfeited upon the closure of an OTE Points™ member account.
Original Traders Energy reserves the right to close an OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, and all accumulated OTE Points™ will be forfeited.
Original Traders Energy is not responsible for any errors or omissions of any kind, whether in these Terms and Conditions or as a result of any mechanical or technological failure or whether as the result of any human error whether by Original Traders Energy, its employees or licenses, Ackroo Inc., its employees, by error of employees at participating OTE Points™ Loyalty Program gas stations or by any other person.
Original Traders Energy and Ackroo Inc. shall be automatically released from all claims by program members in respect of any member’s suspension, termination, or any forfeiture of OTE Points™ Loyalty Program, or in respect of any modification, suspension or termination of the program.
If an OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member has an issue or feels there is a discrepancy with the value of OTE Points™ earned on a transaction, the member has thirty (30) days from the date of the transaction on their receipt to contact: info@otepoints.com and report on the matter.
Once thirty (30) days have passed from the respective transaction, any amount of OTE Points™ appearing in relation to that transaction in Ackroo Inc.’s database that has not been questioned by an OTE Points™ Loyalty Program member will be deemed not to be contested and no adjustments will be made.
If it is discovered that OTE Points™ were not properly issued or redeemed, Original Traders Energy, in its sole discretion reserves the right to make any adjustments to the OTE Points™ on the members account to correct any discrepancies.
Original Traders Energy and Ackroo Inc. assume no responsibility or liability for OTE Points™ that are redeemed by any other person(s) prior to the member registering a replacement card by visiting www.otepoints.com.
Original Traders Energy and Ackroo Inc. assume no liability for OTE Points™ that are redeemed prior to notification of a lost or stolen card, any unauthorized redemption of OTE Points™ will not be reinstated to the member’s new card
The OTE Points program will terminate at 23:59:59 (local time) on January 31, 2024 (the “Termination Date”) and all OTE Points will expire at 23:59:59 (local time) on March 31, 2024 if not redeemed prior to that time. Original Traders Energy at its sole discretion reserves the right to extend the program beyond the Termination Date, or terminate the program at any time prior to the Termination Date, by posting a revised set of Terms and Conditions on its website, and once posted the revised “Termination Date” as contained in the posted new set of Terms and Conditions shall immediately apply. Original Traders Energy may make changes to these Terms and Conditions, the OTE Points program or any program procedures at any time by posting a revised OTE Points program Terms and Conditions on its website, and once posted the revised set of Terms and Conditions shall immediately apply.

Birthday Reward

Effective July 1, 2020

On your birthday (as indicated on your registration) you will receive a Birthday gift of 500 Bonus Points. To qualify for the reward you must;

Register prior to your birthday

Birthday points expire 1 year from date of issue.
