How Does the OTE Points™ Loyalty Program Work?

Earn one OTE Point™ for every $1 spent on fuel at participating gas stations and then redeem your OTE Points™ for prizes online.

How to Join OTE Points™ Loyalty Program

Join OTE Points Loyalty Program by obtaining an OTE Points Card from a participating gas station, or through Original Traders Energy directly, and start collecting OTE Points immediately.

How to Collect OTE Points™

Each time you make a fuel purchase at a participating gas station, present your OTE Points Card upon payment. You will earn OTE Points according to the rate contained in these Terms and Conditions and at the rate posted on above.

Customers are required to present their OTE Points Card before the final transaction payment is taken. If a participant does not present their card at the time of purchase, no accumulation of OTE Points will occur. The only opportunity to collect OTE Points is at the time of an actual purchase in coordination with the OTE Points Loyalty Program member presenting their card.

How To Register Your OTE Points™ Card

Your card must be registered to sign into your loyalty account, check your points balance and redeem your points. It’s best to register your card immediately. Register your card in 3 easy steps:

  1. Go to otepoints.com and click Register Your Card in the main menu.
  2. Complete the registration form:
    • Enter your personal information, OTE Points Card number (with no spaces) and Access code (on the back of your card).
    • Read our Terms & Conditions and check the box that you agree to them.
    • Check the box “Yes, Please send me emails with promotions, special offers, and newsletters in the future” to ensure you get our exclusive members only specials.
    • Click “Register”
  3. A Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address used to register your card. Click “Confirm your email” to complete your registration.

How to Redeem Your OTE Points™

OTE Points are redeemed for prizes at otepoints.com.

  1. Register your card if you haven’t already.
  2. Sign In to your OTE Points account with the email and password used to register your card.
  3. Browse the Rewards Catalog to view available prizes. Click on a desired prize, select it’s options, then click “Add to Cart”.
  4. Go to your Cart, make any necessary updates, and then click “Redeem Points” at the top of the cart page to apply your points.
  5. Click “Proceed to Checkout”. If you didn’t click “Redeem Points” in the cart, do so now to apply your points. Fill out any other required information and click “Place Order”.

How to Access Your OTE Points™ Loyalty Account

  1. Register your card if you haven’t already.
  2. Go to otepoints.com and click Sign In in the main menu
  3. Log in to your OTE Points account with the email and password used to register your card.

How to Check Your OTE Points™ Balance

  1. Register your card if you haven’t already.
  2. Go to otepoints.com and click Check your Balance in the main menu
  3. Log in to your OTE Points account with the email and password used to register your card.

What Happens if I Lose my OTE Points™ Card?

In the case of a lost or stolen OTE Points card, a new card can be provided to the member upon request at any participating gas station or through Original Traders Energy directly. Members will be required to contact info@otepoints.com immediately.

Any balance of accumulated and unredeemed OTE Points relating to your old OTE Points card can be transferred to the new card upon notification to OTE Points at info@otepoints.com and the authenticity/identity of the old OTE Points card member is verified. The old OTE Points card will automatically be deactivated upon transfer.
